At Empower Taekwondo Foundation , we believe that Taekwondo is more than just a physical activity. It is a way of life that emphasizes discipline, respect, and self-improvement. Our foundation works with students in Elementary schools in Aurora and work with them to improve their respect and discipline at home and in school.

We work with students and families in Aurora to provide them with the resources and opportunities to have access to free martial arts. These opportunities give students the opportunity to experience something that we are fortunate enough to access. Martial arts is more than a sport, it is a way of life that teaches discipline, respect, self control, and confidence.

Each year we work with many schools giving them the opportunity to give their students the chance to experience what martial arts is. Schools say this is not only a great experience for their students but it is also a great way to help them improve in their academics and respect towards their teachers and their parents/families at home.
